The Clinical Observation Of Lianlou Wendan Decoction To The Incipient Type2Diabetes With Damp-heat Syndrome, Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Lianlou Wendan decoction inincipient type2diabetes with damp-heat syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis,andto investigate the mechanism. In order to provide meaningful clues forclinical treatmentMethods:60patients included in the standard completely randomly dividedinto two groups, including treatment groups (30cases, foundation treatmentwith Lianlou Wendan decoction)and control groups (30cases, foundationtreatment with metformin). Observing two groups before and after treatmentin patients with blood sugar, insulin resistance, lipid levels, f inflammatoryfactors levels and syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine control index.Result: Comparison between the two groups after treatment: Lianlou Wendandecoction in controlling FPG,PBG,HbA1c,better than control group(P＜0.05). In the improvement of insulin resistance and βcell function is better thanthe control group(P＜0.05). In the improvement of blood lipid is better thanthe control group(P＜0.05). The level of inflammatory factors in the treatmentgroup is better than control group(P＜0.05). The clinical symptoms oftreatment groups has been obviously improved and reduce(P＜0.05). Found no significant adverse reactions during the test.Conclusion: Lianlou Wendan decoction to the incipient type2diabetescompared to metformin more advantages, more obvious clinical efficacy andsafety.
