Yanhuning, Pulmicort And Combivent Combined Treatment Of Infants With Bronchiolitis (Phlegm-Heat Obstracting Lungs) Clinical Observation

Objective:(1)observe the Pulmicort and combivent atomization inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis (phlegm-heat obstracting lungs) the clinical curative effect of acute asthmatic suffocating promoting the symptom of dyspnea and verify its role in alleviating bronchospasm. (2)Treatment of bronchiolitis (phlegm heat obstructing lung) of clinical symptoms such as cough sputum and other clinical curative effect and verification of Yanhuning in viral suppression was observed in inflammatory succinate serene.Methods:selected 90 cases of children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into for treatment group 30 patients in group A, in foundation treatment while giving inflammatory succinate serene, Pulmicort and combivent atomization inhalation in the treatment; control group and 30 patients in group B, in foundation treatment while giving inflammatory succinate points to a quiet, Pumikejia Bricanyl nebulising inhalation therapy; the control group C group 30 cases of foundation treatment while giving ribavirin oral and Pulmicort and combivent atomization inhalation treatment. The course of treatment was 10 days. Observation of treatment group and control before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome of two groups of children were difference and thermal annealing time, cough disappeared time, asthma promoting remission time,wheezing rale disappearance time and hospitalization time difference aspects, will collect the data with SPSS statistical software for data analysis.Result:A group of drugs and B group of drugs in improving the symptoms and signs of symptoms and signs of a statistically significant (P<0.05), and A group of drugs in improving symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the B group. The course of treatment in the treatment group and the control group there was no blood, urine routine, routine, liver and kidney function tests before treatment, normal, and after treatment appear abnormal.Conclusion:(1) Pulmicort Respules combivent inhalation can quickly relieve acute bronchiolitis wheezing, shortness of breath, dyspnea and clinical symptoms.(2) Yanhuning can treat bronchiolitis remission of cough, shorten the course, reduce the number of hospitalization days.(3) Inflammation of Yanhuning and Pulmicort Respules combined combivent atomization inhalation of the treatment of capillary bronchitis curative effect is best, and found no toxic side effect and is worthy of clinical application.
