Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Phlegm-heat And Closing The Clinical Observation Of The Pulmonary Type Of Bronchiolitis

Objective: to observe the curative effect of the disease of phlegm-heat obstracting lungs of children Bronchiolitis treated by oral Traditional Chinese medicine method. To discuss the effect of oral Traditional Chinese medicine treatment in alleviates the clinical symptom and the change of IgE, CD4+/CD8+, etc. And the The rate of respiratory failure and heart failure crudescence of the two groups.Methods: 120 children were collected, they all came from Wuhan Children Hospital coorperation of Chinese and Western faculty inpatient and individed into two groups:the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group 60 examples, male 31 examples, female 29 examples, age 2～6 months old, average ane 121 days old; the control group 60 examples, male 30 examples, female 30 examples,age 2～6 months old, average age 122 days old. All the children were given the common treatment including oxygen inhalation, sputum aspiration, automization, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and so on. At the same time, the children of the treatment group according to their different wage, was given the corresponding Traditional Chinese medicine (produced by Wuhan Children Hospital pharmaceutical factory). The clinically sympom change of the children were monitored. Also, the change of IgE, CD4+/CD8+ , etc. were monitored.Results:After being treated for 7days, there were remarkable different between the treatment group and the control group in the clinical symptom(p<0.01). In the IgE, CD4+/CD8+ , etc. camparison, the treatment group had the remarkable improvement after the therapy(p<0.01). The rate of respiratory failure and heart failure crudescence of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group,it had the significant difference(p<0.01). Conclusions: Using oral Traditional Chinese medicine method to treat the disease of phlegm-heat obstracting lungs of children Bronchiolitis was effective. Compared with western medicine only respectively treatment it had the significance difference in alleviates the clinical symptom aspect, and in improvments in the IgE, CD4+ /CD8+, etc. The rate of respiratory failure and heart failure crudescence of the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,it had the significant difference(p<0.01).
