The Clinical Observation Of Using Acupuncture To Treat Migraine With Selecting The Point According To The Channels

Objective:The observation of treating migraine's clinical curative effect using the selecting the acupuncture point according to the channels with the channels and collaterals dialectical theory,and compares with the convention acupuncture treatment.Methods:Divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically 80 examples migraine patient.Two group of patient's sexes, the age, the course, headache index grading and the channels and collaterals dialectical do not have the significance difference (P>0.05), has the commeasurability. The treatment group (40 examples) according to the channels and collaterals dialectical theory, use the far-end acupoint selection to carry on the treatment. The control group (40 examples) according to the cause of disease dialectical theory, use the convention acupuncture treatment to carry on the treatment. After two groups treatment, observes the instantly curative effect, short-term curative effect and forward curative effect, records and carries on statistics analysis.Results:The treatment group's instantly curative effect, the short-term curative effect and the forward curative effect will respectively be 58.91%, 70.95% and 91.08%.The control group's instantly curative effect, the short-term curative effect and the forward curative effect will respectively be 48.84%,57.09% and 81.51%. Obviously, two methods treat migraine to be effective, but each group of curative effects have the significance difference (P<0.01), the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect using the selecting the acupuncture point according to the channels with the channels and collaterals dialectical theory surpasses the cause of disease dialectical convention acupuncture treatment obviously, and provides a new curative effect remarkable treatment method for the general migraine patients.
