| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar strain by using the method of far moving method, and to find a more effective and convenient method for acupuncture treatment of lumbar strain.Methods:60 cases of lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, two groups were given basic treatment.Treatment group were based was taken away by bladder type lumbar sprain selected ipsilateral assemble bamboo acupuncture point, Creek acupuncture point, Du type lumbar sprain selected Shuigou, combined with waist active or passive movement and after acupuncture needle for 30 minutes, every 10 minutes 5-line pin 1 and 7 days for a course of treatment, the treatment of a course of treatment.Control group was treated with routine acupuncture method, take local points and bladder meridians, needling Shenshu, Dachangshu, Ashi Weizhong, the needle for 30 minutes, every 10 minutes 5-line pin 1,7 days for a course of treatment, a course of treatment.Two groups of patients were observed for the first time after treatment with visual analogue scale (VAS), lumbar functional disability index score (JOA), and treatment after 1 courses of VAS score, JOA score and lumbar activity score (ROM).Income data used SPSS 17.0 statistical software processing, measurement data using t test and mean standard deviation (x±s) said, count data using chi square test, ranked data by rank sum test, P<0.05 said with significant difference, P<0.01 said had extremely significant difference, P>0.05 said the difference was not statistically significant.The two groups were treated before treatment, after the first treatment and after 1 courses of treatment compared with the group, and observe the clinical curative effect.Results:all the 60 patients completed the clinical observation, no shedding, suspension of the case, no adverse reactions occurred.1?Evaluation of clinical efficacy In the treatment group of 30 cases,18 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,1 cases were ineffective, the cure rate was 60%, the total effective rate was 96.7%. In the control group of 30 cases,12 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective, the cure rate was 40%, the total effective rate was 76.7%, the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The total effective rate of treatment group compared with the control group, the rank sum test, Z=-2.054, P=0.04, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group.2?VAS score comparisonTwo groups of patients after the first treatment VAS score compared with the same group before treatment score decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the two groups of patients after treatment for 1 times, the pain sense of varying degrees of relief.For the first time after treatment, the VAS scores in the treatment group and control group, P< 0.01, with significant difference, show that for the first time after the treatment, the treatment group in ease pain is better than that of the control group. After one course of treatment in the two groups compared VAS score and the same group before treatment, the difference is statistically significant, P< 0.01, suggesting that two methods in treating acute lumbar sprain can relieve lumbar pain of patients. After a course of treatment, the treatment group VAS scores of control group difference has statistical significance, P< 0.05, indicating that treatment group of pain improvement than the control group.3?JOA comprehensive score comparisonAfter treatment of one course of treatment in two groups of patients with comprehensive score of JOA treatment have decreased, (P< 0.01), after treatment of two groups of patients the symptoms, activities of daily living function are improved, the two treatments are effective. A course of treatment group after treatment the JOA score improvement than the control group. After one course of treatment JOA score of two groups of patients, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.01), the description of waist dysfunction of treatment group is better than control group.4?ROM score comparison For the first time in the two groups after treatment ROM score compared with the group before treatment were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), suggesting that after the 1 treatment, the treatment group and the control group can make the waist range increased. After the first treatment group, the treatment group ROM score and P<0.05 control, with statistical significance the difference, suggesting that the improvement of the treatment group of the lumbar range is larger. After 1 courses of treatment, two groups of patients with ROM score compared with the group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), treatment 1 patients ROM score in treatment group compared with the control group P<0.05, with significant differences, two the methods of lumbar sprain lumbar activity were improved effectively, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1?through the far method and the conventional acupuncture treatment of lumbar muscle strain has obvious curative effect, through the far method group effect is more obvious, is better than the conventional acupuncture group.2?after the first treatment, the VAS score of two groups of patients, ROM score than before treatment were improved, the degree of pain relief through the far removed method group, the improvement of lumbar range of motion were better than the conventional acupuncture group.3?after a course of treatment of two groups of patients with VAS score, JOA score and ROM scores compared with those before treatment decreased significantly, two methods are effective, follow by far dynamic group in the relief of pain in patients with lumbar and improve lumbar range of motion, improve the quality of life were better than that of routine acupuncture group. |
