| Object: The clinical comparative research of functional diarrhea treated byelectroacupuncture of Shu-Mu points and Shu-Mu-He points of large intestine, in order tooptimize acupoint formula for clinical treatment of the disease, and to provide reliablebasis improving the curative effect.Method: The60cases of eligible patients were divided into a treatment group and acontrol group randomly,30cases for each group. The treatment group was treated withelectroacupuncture of Shu-Mu points of both sides of large intestine, while the controlgroup was treated with electroacupuncture of Shu-Mu-He points of unilaterallarge Intestine instead, and both of the groups were treated for4weeks, and then toevaluate the improvement of the two groups using proposed scoring scale before treatment,2weeks after treatment,4weeks after treatment,8weeks after treatment respectively, andto observe the improvement of the clinical efficacy and symptom score before and after thetreatment and follow-up situation, to determine the clinical treatment of the recent andforward curative effect.Result:1. The two methods can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of functionaldiarrhea (P﹤0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was46.67%and that ofthe control group was16.67%, the curative effect of the treatment group was superior tothe control group.2. There was significant difference before and after treatment on symptoms integralcomparison in the two groups (P﹤0.01);and there was statistical difference between thetwo groups (P﹤0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: The curative efficacy of functional diarrhea treated byelectroacupuncture of Shu-Mu points of both sides of the large intestine and Shu-Mu-Hepoints of unilateral large intestine is exact, and which can improve clinical symptoms ofthe patients with functional diarrhea, and the treatment group is superior to the controlgroup. |
