| Purpose: this study is to observe the acupuncture with exercise therapy in treatment of acute lumbar sprain,Houxi?Kunlun contrast of exercise therapy and acupuncture for the treatment of acute lumbar sprain the clinical efficacy of difference,to look for the clinical treatment of the disease to provide simple and effective method to provide basis.Method: In accordance with the relevant standards in the diagnostic efficacy standard of TCM disease syndrome,60 patients were strictly selected in the outpatient clinic,and 30 cases were divided into treatment group according to the principle of randomness,and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was provided with acupuncture on both sides of Houxi?Kunlun point and waist movement.Both groups were kept for 30 minutes,during which the patients were instructed to move around the waist.On the first day,the third day,and the fifth day,The VAS score and ROM score were evaluated on the first day,the third day and the fifth day after treatment.After the first treatment,a one-off effect was evaluated,and the total clinical efficacy was evaluated after the fifth treatment.Result:The VAS score and ROM score of the first day,day 3,and 5 days before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,P <0.05,with statistical difference,The treatment group had a significant effect on lumbar symptoms.After the first day of treatment,the treatment group cured 6 cases,showed 14 cases,improved 7 cases and failed 3 cases,and the total effective rate was 90%.After the fifth treatment,11 cases were cured,15 cases were improved,3 cases were improved,and 1 was invalid.The total effective rate was 96.67%.Conclusion: Both methods are effective in treating acute lumbarsprain.However,the efficiency of Houxi and Kunlun point acupuncture combined with exercise therapy was superior to that of the control group. |
