Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yao Tong Point Acupuncture Combined With Excersie In Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy difference between acupuncture Yao Tong Point combined with excersie and meloxicam in treating acute lumbar sprain.Methods60cases of acute lumbar sprain were selected in accordance to the diseases’s diagnostic criteria. The method of simple numerical randomization (envelope method) was utilized. In this randomized-control method, patients were indiscriminatiely divided into the Acupuncture group and the Drug Group following their consulation sequence. Patients in the acupuncture group accepted acupuncture at Yao Tong Point combinging with the excercise of the low back. Patinets in the Drug group accepted meloxicam. Treatment were carried out every day, the treatment cycle was5days. The VAS scrore, ROM score, RDQ score were recored. One-time cure rate and clinical efficacy were analized. In this clinical research,30cases form the Acupuncture group and30cases from the Drug group were included in the final data analysis.Result By comparing pre-treatment of patients with gender, age, duration and other general information, VAS score, ROM, score, RDQ scores reflect low back pain, lumbar activity, low back pain had no statistics on the degree of impact on the life and condition-related indicators, the differences were statisticallysignificance, the two sets of baseline data were comparable. Observed and compared two groups before treatment, after treatment,1st day,3st days,5st of VAS score, ROM score RDQ score, as well as two sets of cure rate, clinical efficacy, the statistical analysis,Conculsion Acupuncture Yao Tong points with low back exercise therapy, and meloxicam can improve acute lumbar sprain in patients with VAS, ROM, RDQ score, pain relief, lumbar activity, and reduce the impact of low back pain on patients’lives. However, acupuncture combine with excerciseo therapy had a much better effect on VAS, ROM, RDQ score than drug group. The One-time cure rate and the clinical efficacy wer better than drup group which means a better and faster clinical efficacy. The security analysis confirmed that acupuncture Yao Tong points with good security, safety ratings were Grade Two.
