Jianpi Yifei Paste In The Treatment Of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Lung And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of curing chronic obstructiving lung disease patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the basis of oral administration of Acetylcysteine Tablets.Methods:A randomized,controlled study was used to study the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the lung and spleen.Will be incorporated into the 60 cases of patients randomly divided for Jianpi Yifei paste(Codonopsis pilosula 23 g,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae 23 g,poria cocos 23 g,fried semen raphani 23 g,pinellia tuber 18 g,pericarpium citri reticulatae 18 g,stir baked fructus perillae 23 g,white mustard seed 15 g,coix seed 45 g,atragalus 23 g,fuctus poraleae 45 g,eimedium 23 g,fried semona 23 g,ginger 9g,jujube 18 g cuanbei 23 g,loquat leaf 23 g,schisandra fruit 15 g,rdix ohiopogonis 18 g licorice root 12g)combined with acetylcysteine tablets in the treatment group,and by acetylcysteine tablets in the treatment of control group.Each group of 30 cases,with 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Observe and compare the symptoms before and after treatment,lung function(FEV1,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%),exercise endurance(6 minutes walk test,6MWT),so as to assess the efficacy of spleen and lung paste.Results: 1,Jianpi Yifei paste in the treating of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period of deficiency of both lung and Spleen Qi disease curative effect significantly,treatment group total effective rate was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,the effective cases in the two groups were compared by the chi square test has big difference,the treating group than the controling group.2,invigorating the spleen,Jianpi Yifei paste can effectively improve the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period of deficiency of both lung and Spleen Qi of TCM main symptoms of cough,sputum,wheezing,shortness of breath in the treating group was better than that of the control group.3,Two groups of patients after treatment,compared with before treatment and after treatment was statistically significant,there was no statistically significant difference between groups.4,Two groups of patients after treatment than before treatment 6MWT were improved(P<0.05);the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group increased more significantly(P<0.05).5,Two groups of patients before and after treatment safety index no clinical significance.Conclusion: in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung and spleen deficiency type,in the acetylcysteine tablets in the treatment on the basis of Jianpi Yifei paste,improve the patients' clinical curative effect and no obvious toxic and side effects,safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
