The Clinical Observation Of The Stable Of Tonifying Spleen & Benificial Lung Soup To T Reat The Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Dise Ases (Lung And Spleen Efficiency)

Purpose: The clinical observation of the stable of tonifying spleen& benificial lung soup to treat the chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(lung and spleen efficiency) patients.Method: Choose 72 stable stage chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases patients, divided into two group as observation group and control group, treated with basic western medicine while the observation group.All patients before and after treatment were evaluated clinical symptoms, recorded the adverse reaction. Adopt the mode of telephone follow-up, record adverse reactions, and acute exacerbation and hospitalization.Result: After treatment, the observation group and the control group the total effective rate were 83.33% and 72.22%, the significance of difference(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms improves significantly. The control group pulmonary function improved obviously. Two groups of patients after drug use CAT questionnaire scores compared with before medication, there are significant difference(P < 0.05), the results prove that in observation group after medication symptoms prior have improved significantly. Two groups of patients after treatment 6 minutes walking distance to compare, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Found no adverse reaction in the process of treatment. Admission and hospitalization days significantly reduced.Conclusion: Tonifying spleen & benificial lung soup can improve the clinical symptoms of stable stage chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases patients, has well clinical efficacy.
