Distinguish The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Children's Injury And Diarrhea By Massage In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect about infantile tuina of separating the clear and turbid on pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet.Provides a distinctive and easily popularized tuina prescription which can treat the children with diarrhea due to improper diet.Methods:With randomized and controlled clinical research method,it incorporated 72 cases of children that according with the diagnostic criteria about Pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet patients into clinical study.They all came from Outpatient department of Infantile tuina,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random distribution plan,the subjects were divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The treatment group was treated with infantile tuina of separating the clear and turbid;the control group was used Montmorillonite powder.Two groups were carried out clinical education,and the clinical efficacy was observed after 2 courses of treatment.Results:1.The baseline of the two groups was consistent,and the characteristics of 2groups were comparable.2.Within-group comparison:after the 2 course of treatment,the total scores of the two groups were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,the scores of two groups of main symptoms about stool frequency and stool traits were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),it indicate that tuina group and drug group all can improve pediatric diarrhea due to improper diet;Secondary symptom score contrast,the tuina group and the drug group were effective in the improvement of diet,complexion,urine volume,mental state,abdominal pain and abdominal distension,embodied in the syndrome score reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The tuina group was significantly improved on thirst and vomiting after treatment,embodied in thesyndrome score reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were no significant changes on thirst and vomiting in the drug group after treatment,embodied in the syndrome score reduced,and the difference was no statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Between-group comparison:After 2 courses of treatment,the total score of syndrome about tuina group was lower than that of the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The overall effect of tuina group was better than that of drug group.The scores of two groups in the improvement of the main symptoms of stool frequency and stool traits,the secondary symptoms of urination,mental state,and the difference was no statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the tuina group and the drug group had the same effect on improving the symptoms of the appeal.In the diet,thirst,complexion,vomiting,abdominal distension,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It showed that the curative effect of tuina group is better than that of drug group.Conclusions:1.The treatment of infantile tuina of separating the clear and turbid on infantile diarrhea due to improper diet is as good as Montmorillonite powder.2.The overall effect about infantile tuina of separating the clear and turbid on the treatment of infantile diarrhea due to improper diet is better than Montmorillonite powder.3.The infantile tuina of separating the clear and turbid is focused,effective,and it is worthy of clinical application.
