Effect Of Life Quality Of Patients With Hypertension Headache About Liver Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome By Yishen Pinggan Decoction

Objective: This topic through of yin deficiency of liver and kidney in hypertensive headache patients in clinical research applies traditional Chinese medicine tonifying kidney and calming the liver soup after treatment,to investigate the effect of life quality of patients with hypertension headache about liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome by Yishen Pinggan Decoction.Methods: Collected in December 2013 to 2015 June in Jinan City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient and inpatient treatment of 80 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome of hypertension headache patients, according to the random number table method, they were divided into treatment group and control group, there were 40 patients in each group.Treatment group using Dong Guiying, director of physician experiencewith Yishen Pinggan decoction treatment,control group treated with nimodipine. Compared the two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment, blood pressure, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points, drug efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy, headache degree, quality of life improvement.Results: After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group, the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05). The curative effect oftreatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05). The headache degree of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group, which was significantly improved after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05). But the improvement of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P< 0.05). After treatment, two groups of patients' physical function and physiological function, emotional function, body pain, mental pain, mental health, energy, social function, and general health score were compared with those before treatment significantly improved(P < 0.05), but the Chinese medicine group improved significantly better than nimodipine group, the difference is statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yishen Pinggan decoction can effectively the reduced liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome of hypertension headache patients blood pressure, improve the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, improve drug efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, relieve headaches, improve the quality of life of patients.
