Clinical Observation On Zishen Decoction Affect Quality Of Life Of Peirmenopausal Syndrome Patients

Objective:The study applying the scale of the quality of life(QOL) to a system of therapeutic effect evaluation with the content of TCM treatment of peirmenopausal syndrome.Explores the mechanism of action which uses the kidney soup to treat menopausal syndrome with the characteristic of liver and kidney yin deficiency, as well as the effect on the quality of life among the patients with peirmenopausal syndrome. The study is aimed at making useful explorations on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by the method of TCM, which promotes the quality of life among patients, and at the same time, making some contribution to the promotion of the scale of the quality of life in the evaluation of clinical efficacy.Method:choosing62patients of peirmenopausal syndrome with the characteristic of liver and kidney yin deficiency, who meet the inclusion criteria. Using kidney soup of TianJiang Chinese medicine granules, with one dose for one dose per-day, and the course of treatment is8weeks. Within one week before and after the treatment, the participants will be scored by the scale of the quality of life concerning peirmenopausal period. The results will be statistically dealt with so as to be studied by comparison, and meanwhile, serum E2and FSH levels will be monitored before and after the treatment.Results:The four dimensional scores and total scores in regard to the scale of the quality of life among patients decreased obviously, significantly improved (P<0.01) compared with the pre-treatment, especially in vasomotor symptoms. This indicates that the scale of the quality of life among patients has been enhanced greatly, Besides, E2levels rose obviously after treatment, with FSH levels significantly reduced after the treatment, so a significant difference (P<0.05) has been found after the comparison between the above two periods.Conclusion:the kidney soup can significantly eliminate the clinical symptoms of menopause syndrome, and also improve patients’quality of life. It is a safe and ideal treatment of peirmenopausal syndrome (with the characteristic of liver and kidney yin deficiency liver-kidney), which is worth promoting.
