The Effect Of Jiawei Ganmai Dazao Decoction On The Quality Of Life Of Women With Perimenopausal Syndrome With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:To evaluate the effect of modified Ganmai Dazao decoction on the quality of life?Qol?of perimenopausal women with liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome,and to verify the clinical efficacy of modified Ganmai Dazao decoction in the treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome of liver and Kidney Yin deficiency and its effect on serum sex hormones?FSH,E₂?.At last,the mechanism of this prescription was discussed from the view of traditional medicine,which laid a foundation for the clinical application of Jiawei Ganmai Dazao decoction.Methods:All patients were enrolled in this study from September 2018 to October2019 at the gynecological outpatient clinic of Dianjiang County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Referring to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for Perimenopausal Syndrome and traditional Chinese medicine for liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome before and after diagnosis.A total of 64 patients were included,68 patients were excluded and 4 patients were excluded.Before and after treatment,the scores of perimenopausal quality of life?Qol?scale,single syndrome score,total syndrome score,serum hormone content E₂,FSH were compared and analyzed.Results:The scores of the four dimensions of qol decreased significantly before and after treatment?P<0.01?,and the scores of Vasomotor dimension decreased compared with other dimensions before and after treatment,there was significant difference?P<0.05?.The single score and total score of TCM decreased significantly after treatment?P<0.05?.FSH level and E₂ level also changed after 8 weeks of treatment.FSH value decreased and E2 increased.There was a significant difference between before and after treatment?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Jiawei Ganmai Dazao decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of Perimenopausal Syndrome patients with liver and Kidney Yin deficiency,the clinical effect is definite,can adjust the level of serum sex hormone?FSH,E₂?;As a medicine and food homology prescription,it should be used widely in the field of treating perimenopausal syndrome.
