The Bushen Heart Piece To Improve The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Hypertension Clinical And Experimental Research

OBJECT:Evaluate the effect of Bu-She-Yi-Xin-Pian(BSYXP) on Quality ofLife(QUL) inpatientsofhypertension.METHOD:Itwasasingleblind, randomized, compared clinical trail last for 4 weeks. 101 cases finished the treatment, 48 of compared group and 53 of treating group, had placebo or BSYXP 5# tid separately. Based on Nitredipine(NIT) 10mg tid combinated, all patients controled blood pressure(BP) to the target level of under 135/85mmHg step by step. Measure BP and evaluate quality-of-life(QUL) before and after therapy. Also an animal experiment with 2 Kidney-1 Clip(2K1C) rats of hypertension was done. 60 2K1C rats radomized to BSYXP high dose group, low does group,NIT group, NS group. Each rats was gavaged by BSYXP 5#. kg-1 d-1 1.25#.kg-1 d-1, NIT 10mg.kg-1+d-1,NS 2ml.d-1 separately for different group.Another 10 rats operated but not clipped as normal group and feed normal. Blood pressure was monitord. After four weeks of treatment, did swimming endurence test, water maze test. Finally took blood and brain, measure blood sticky, erythrocyte's deforaaation and aggregation, active of acetylcholine enzyme(AchE) of blood plaza and brain slurry. RESULTS: Compared the placebo group, adverse events consistent with BSYXP were not different. After threatment, the BSYXP group improved in Perceive, Phsical symptom, Sexual Symptom, Working Condition, Vitality, and Sleep (P<0.01-P<0.05),both groups improved in Body Symptom and Anxity (P<0.05).Aiiianal experirnehL. showed that BSYXP can improving the rats' swimming endurence and achievement of water maze test, reduce blood sticky and erythrocyte's aggregation, improve deforamation, reduce active of AchE in blood plaza and brain slurry. CONCLUSION:BSYXP can improve QUL of patients with hypertension. The results of animal experimental partily provide some foundation on clinical study's conlusition.
