| Objective:the purpose of this study is from the heart qi deficiency theory, observation of big bushing soup the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic tension-type headache, analyze its mechanism of action, looking for new way of thinking on the treatment of chronic tension-type headache.Methods:using randomized controlled methods, between January 2015 and December 2015, in the shandong university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy of outpatient and ward into standard type 66 cases of heart qi deficiency of chronic tension-type headache patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group 33 cases, to the big bushing tonga subtraction treatment; Control group 33 cases, to Qingnao-Fushen Liquid, a course of 4 weeks.Observation two groups before and after treatment in patients with headache index of integral and the change of the TCM symptom score, and observed adverse reaction during the course of treatment, using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, evaluation the clinical efficacy and safety of two kinds of treatments.Results:l.The headache index of curative effect:after 4 weeks after treatment, the experimental group the total effective rate was 96.77%, control group total effective rate was 93.75%, the two groups after treatment in patients with headache index of curative effect between groups (P> 0.05, no statistical significance; But after treatment, two groups of patients in the degree of headache (P= 0.002<0.01), headache index (P= 0.018< 0.05) between groups is statistically significant, the experimental group is better than the control group.2.Syndromes curative effect:comparison before and after the treatment, TCM syndrome score the total effective rate was 96.77%, while the control group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, the total effective rate was 90.63% in the two groups after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome is compared between group P< 0.01, with significant statistical significance; And, after treatment, two groups of patients on o belching (P=0.000< 0.000), palpitation (P=0.033< 0.05) between groups is statistically significant, the experimental group is better than the control group.3.Safety analysis:during the treatment, two groups of patients did not appear adverse reactions and side effects, and good security.Conclusion:big bushing soup can improve heart qi deficiency in patients with chronic tension-type headache (degree of headache, attack frequency and duration of pain, and can effectively alleviate the syndromes, curative effect, and non-toxic side effects during the medication.
