| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqifumai injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure by studying on the clinical research of 30 cases. Then try to explore its mechanism.Method:Select 60 inpatients from comprehensive internal medicine department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The general conditions of the two groups have no statistical differences. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group was added with the Yiqifumai injection on the basis of comprehensive treatment of conventional western medicine. It was treated once a day. Intravenous infusion after diluting it with 250 ml 5% glucose injection or 0.9% normal saline. The dropping speed was 40±5 drops in one minute. The course of treatment was 14 days. Through systematic observation and comparison of two groups' patients before and after the treatment, focus on the heart failure symptom score, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale, NT-ProBNP, cardiac function classification, heart color ultrasound detection, 6 minute walk test, as well as the analysis of liver and renal functions. Detect the changes in routine urine, electrolyte and other indicators of the patients in two groups before and after the treatment. Try to evaluate its efficacy and safety, then to explore its mechanism.Results:After two weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Comparisons of the heart failure symptom score, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale, NT-ProBNP, cardiac function classification, heart color ultrasound detection, 6 minute walk test, as well as the analysis of liver and renal functions, the treatment group was superior to the control group. In conclusion, compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant change in liver and kidney functions, urine routine, electrolyte and other safety factors.Conclusion:Injection with Yiqifumai freeze-dried powder in the treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant effect. It helps to improve the symptoms of heart failure score and other aspects. As for the patients in two groups, there was no significant change in liver and kidney functions, urine routine, electrolyte and other safety factors. It indicates that Yiqifumai injection has definite curative effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure. |
