Therapeutic Effect Of Yiqifumai Injection In Coronary Heart Disease Patients With Heart Failure

Objective:To Observation of Yiqifumai injection in treatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Methods:100coronary heart disease due to heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups,The control group (n=50) was given regular medication therapy.The observation group was given Yiqifumai frozen powder injection agent on the regular medication therapy, The improvement of two groups were examined before and after treatment.Results:(1)The cardiac function of patients increased, the effective rate was90%Lee S heart failure score reduced, the effective rate was54%;(2)There is of significant difference in heart function, heart failure score, Minnesota life quality scale integral, LVEF, CO, SV, E/A (P<0.05),but there is no significance in LVEDD, LVESD, FSand cardiothoracic ratio.(3)There is of significant difference in Minnesota life quality scale integral,E/A (P<0.05) after treatment.(4)There is of significant difference in Minnesota life quality scale integral,E/A (P<0.05) in between-groups’D-value before and after treatment. There were statistically no significant differences in Blood cell analysis, Urine analysis n Liver function, renal fonction and ions berore and after treatment.so we can say this drug is safe to our mankind.Conclusion:(1) Yiqifumai frozen powder injection agent has exactly effect to patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease,it has no obvious side effects.(2) Yiqifumai frozen powder injection agent can improve diastole function and cardiac systolic, so it can improve hemodynamics and alleviate the symptoms of heart failure.(3)Yiqifumai frozen powder injection agent can improve patients’ life qualities symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine...
