Yiqifumai Frozen Powder Injection Agent In Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Caused By Coronary Heart Disease (Two Gas Yin Deficiency Syndrome)Clinical Observation

Objective:The purpose of the current study was to assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqifumai frozen powder injection agent in patients with chronic heart failure result from coronary heart disease (Two gas Yin deficiency syndrome) and to discuss the action mechanism of the drug further. methods:A total of60patients with chronic heart failure (Two gas Yin deficiency syndrome) were evaluated. Intravenous injection of Yiqifumai (lyophilized) which was dissolved in250ml glucose injection or saline was administrated to patients at5.2g/d,onetime per day,40drops every minute and the course of treatment was14days. We Observed before and after treatment index as NYHA classification、symptoms and signs of Heart failure score、Minnesota life quality scale integration、symptoms of TCM integral、Echocardiography、Chest radiograph、and tested Blood cell analysis、Urine analysis、Liver function、renal function、electrolyte before and after treatment,then to statistical treatment.Results:The results Show that the markedly effective rate of cardiac function is26.7%, the effective rate36.7%, the inefficient rate33.3%,3.3%worsen.In the symptom and sign of Heart failure, the markedly effective rate is25%, the effective rate48.4%, the inefficient rate23.3%,3.3%worsen. There is of significant difference in heart function、heart failure score、Minnesota life quality scale integral、TCM symptoms integral、 LVEF、CO、SV、E/A (P<0.05), but there is no significance in LVEDD and cardiothoracic ratio.There were statistically no significant differences in Blood cell analysis、Urine analysis、Liver function、renal function and ions berore and after treatment,so we can say this drug is safe to our mankind、conclusion:1. Yiqifumai frozen powder injection agent has exactly effect to patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease、it can alleviate clinical symptoms of heart failure and has no obvious side effects.2. Yiqifumai frozen powder injection agent can improve cardiac systolic and diastole function. so it can improve hemodynamics and alleviate the symptoms of heart failure.3.
