Strong Treatment Of Chronic Cardiac Dysfunction In Heart Soup Clinical Studies

Objective: Observe the clinical effect and improvement of QiangXin decoction in treating chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods: 40 cases with CHF were randomly divided into two groups .The control group with 20 cases were treated with west medicine routine treatment. 20 cases of therapy group took QiangXin decoction in the base of routine treatment. The treating course is four weeks. Observe the total effect,cardiac function classification,syndrome integral,index of cardiac function,index of hemorheology and improvement of living quality. Take blood Rt,urine Rt test and function of liver and kidney in order to evaluate the safety of decoction.Results: Total clinical effect,cardiac function classification,synreome integral,index of cardiac function,index of hemorheology of therapy group had obvious defference ,compared with control group's (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The improvements of living quality of both groups had obvious defferences before and after the course;Total score of living quality was different in therapy group and control group and had statistic significance(P<0.01).Two groups got no obvious changes in blood,urine Rt and function of liver and kidney before and after the course. One case in control group showed cough resulting from captopril, the syndrome disappeared after taking olmesartan for exchange. The therapy group got nothing side effect.Conclusion: QiangXin decoction's effect on chronic heart failure is sure. It can improve syndrome,cardiac function,decrease integral of syndrome,elevate living quality. The effect is better than west routine treatment.
