Objective: Chronic heart failure has a high morbidity and high mortality, which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients and increases the economic burden on patients and their families.Traditional Chinese medicine injections are commonly used in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Using cost-minimization analysis, from the perspective of health system, yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection versus xinmailong injection were used to treat chronic heart failure to pharmacoeconomic evaluation. The safety, effectiveness and economics of the two drugs were compared to guide cliniciants to use drugs,to provide reference for clinical rational drug use of traditional Chinese medicine injection,in order to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the economic burden of patients. Methods:According to the include and exclusion criteria, the patients who underwent chronic heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiology were enrolled on January 2016 to January 2019,and were divided into two groups: The test group was treated with yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection, and the control group was treated with xinmailong injection.A total of 167 patients were enrolled,63 patients in the test group and 104 patients in the control group.Baseline data and various medical expenses of the two groups were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.By established a decision tree model, used Treeage Pro 2011 software, set parameters such as cost,,branch probability,etc.,cost-minimization analysis was carried out on the two regimens.,observation indexes is the cost.Simultaneous sensitivity analysis was performed using single factor sensitivity analysis to compare the cost-effectiveness of yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection and xinmailong injection to treat chronic heart failure.Results:1.Cost-minimization analysis was carried out on the yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection and xinmailong injection. It shows that the effect of the test group and the control group is equivalent, and there is no statistical difference. The total medical cost of the test group is 15,410.77 yuan, and the total medical cost of the control group is 18,134.78 yuan. The experimental composition is lower than that of the control group. It shows that yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection has pharmacoeconomic advantages compared to Xinmailong injection to treat chronic heart failure2.A single-factor sensitivity analysis was performed on the experimental group and the control group. It can be seen that the two factors that have the greatest impact on the results are the drug costs and laboratory costs of the yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection.Other factors have little effect on the results. In addition, the results of this study are robust, and within the range of the value of each parameter, the study outcome did not reverse. The results of single-factor sensitivity analysis showed that yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection has more pharmacoeconomic advantages.Conclusions:1.Based on the cos-minimization analysis of yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection and Xinmailong injection for chronic heart failure, the effect and cost of the two groups were evaluated, and the effect of yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection and Xinmailong injection is comparable and the cost is lower. And the sensitivity analysis supports this result.yiqifumai(lyophilization)injection has obvious advantages in pharmacoeconomics and is worthy of clinical promotion. It can provide a reference for the clinical rational drug selection of Chinese medicine injection in the hospital for chronic heart failure.2.This study has the limit of less sample size,it needs more center and enlarge sample size for further research on the real world research in order to obtain more accurate results.
