Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Phlegm Obstructing Lung Syndrome Based On Method Of Harmonize Ying-Wei

Objective: To observe the treatment of harmonization of Ying-Wei in chronic heart failure patients with syndrome of phlegm obstructing lung to explore the pathogenesis and therapies and formulas.Method: 60 patients with chronic heart failure(NYHA:II-III level) were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 patients in each group. Control group were given Sanziyangqin tang and Tinglidazaoxiefei tang. Experimental group were treated with Sanziyangqin tang and Tinglidazaoxiefei tang and Guizhi tang. Both group were administrated with western conventional treatment. After four weeks, obeserve the effect of Guizhi tang on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP), homocysteine(HCY), heart rate variability(HRV), digoxin and diuretics stop reducing rate, Lee's heart failure symptoms score, and the efficacy of TCM symptoms integral impact.Results: After 4 weeks, compared with control group, Lee's heart failure symptoms score, the efficacy of clinical, and total efficiency symptoms in experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05). Experimental group significantly improved heart function, ventricular ejection fraction index, brain natriuretic peptide, homocysteine levels, heart rate variability, increase digoxin and diuretics stopped by rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chronic heart failure with phlegm obstructing lung syndrome treatment by the method of harmonize Ying-Wei is efficacy, effectively improve the patients with heart failure symptoms and prognosis level, improve the quality of life of patients.
