The Clinical Study Of Qingjinhuatan Decoction In Treating Of Patients With Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease And Syndrome Of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung

Objective: Observing the clinical effect of the qingjinhuatan decoction treated chronic pulmonary heart disease(phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome)which is based on the routine treatment of western medicine.Method: There were 64 patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease,who were in the department of lung disease of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi college of traditional chinese medicine between january 2015 to january 2016.They were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both of them were offered routine treatment of western medicine,meanwhile,the treatment group taken qingjinhuatan decoction,one day an agent and three times a day.The course of treatment was 14 days.The changes in the effect of treatment,the symptoms,signs,mean pulmonary arterial pressure,cardiac output,routine blood test,arterial blood gas analysis,coagulation function,hemorheology and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),were observed before the treatment and after the treatment,and the differences between the two groups were statistical analyzed.Results:(1)The treatment group had the total effective rate of 87.50% and the control group had the total effective rate of 71.88%.The clinical efficacy in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The symptom score and signs score in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The mean pulmonary arterial pressure in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The cardiac output in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)The white blood cell count and the percentage of neutral grain cell in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(6)The partial pres-sure of carbon dioxide in artery(PaCO2),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(7)The prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(8)The hemorheology in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(9)The BNP in the treatment group,were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qingjinhuatan decoction,combined with western medicine treatment,could increase the effect of treatment and could improve symptoms and signs in patients with pulmonary heart disease and phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Qingjinhuatan decoction could be be an important auxiliary treatment method for chronic pulmonary heart disease with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.
