| Objective:To observe the effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction on chronic heart failure(phlegm-yin obstructing lung syndrome),and to explore the clinical significance of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic heart failure.Methods:The observed cases were from July 2017 to December 2018.The hospital was diagnosed as chronic heart failure and the syndrome of chronic heart failure was diagnosed as a syndrome of sputum and obstruction of the lungs in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.40 cases that met the criteria were tested by their own before and after controlled trials,All patients were given Suzi Jiangqi Decoction plus or minus prescription on the basis of the basic medical treatment of Western medicine,The treatment course is 4 weeks.Observe the improvement of cardiac function before and after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome,the change of plasma BNP,the change of urine volume,the diuretic stop rate,To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Results:The improvement of cardiac function before and after treatment in all patients was statistically analyzed by software,and compared with before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the 4-week treatment period,the total effective rate of improvement of cardiac function was 85.0%,including 11 patients with effective effect,23 patients with effective disease,5 patients with ineffective,and 1 patient with aggravation.Changes in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in all patients,According to statistical software analysis,the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After the 4-week treatment session,The total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was90.0%,including 12 patients with marked effect,24 patients with effective disease,4 patients with ineffective patients,and patients with no significant effect on TCM syndrome scores.The changes of plasma BNP levels in all patients before and after treatment were analyzed by statistical software.The changes of BNP before and after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Changes in urine volume 24 h before and after treatment in all patients,According to statistical software analysis,the changes of urine volume 24 h before and after treatment were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The diuretic cessation rate,the total effective rate of diuretic cessation rate determination was85.0%,8 patients who were diuretic drug-effective,and 26 patients who had reduced diuretic dosage more than 50% after treatment.After treatment,6patients with less than 50% reduction in diuretic dosage before treatment,no patients with diuretic dosage.Conclusion:1.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction can effectively improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure and reduce plasma BNP levels.2.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients with chronic heart failure and phlegm and stasis syndrome.3.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction can increase the amount of urine in patients with chronic heart failure,effectively reduce the amount of diuretics used.Atthe same time,the effect of diuresis on blood potassium levels is small. |
