The Clinical Effect Observation Of Xiong Lou Soup In Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing Lung Syndrome

Objective:Through a cross-sectional survey on Chronic Bronchitis in TCM four diagnostic information,to study the classification of syndrome. Clinical research of evaluating the catabatic grade of clinical symptoms of Xiong Lou soup in treatment of Chronic Bronchitis of Phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung Syndrome.Methods:Syndrome Classification Study:To inverstigate700patients with chronic bronchitis in diagnostic criteria by a cross-sectional survey research method,record four diagnostic information,then set a data model with Amos software,analysis by statistical method,set up a structural equation model. Clinical Research:Choose the age of18-70years old outpatient or inpatient, in line with Western diagnostic criteria and Chinese Syndrome diagnostic criteria for the study population of patients.60cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were only given western routine treatment,when treatment group were given xionglou soup combined with western routine treatmentThe course was two weeks.The clinical objective index including the clinical symptoms,sigs,syndromes before and after treatment were compared after one course.Results:Syndrome Classification Study:The structural equation model fitting parameter (GFI) was0.956,had statistical significance.We found the result was consist with clinical truth. Clinical Research:The total effective rate was96.0%in the treatment group,the total effective rate was73.3%in the control group. Between the two groups was significant difference (P <0.05), indicating that treatment group was superior than the control group. Clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved level of integration than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome Classification Study:According the results of structural equation model with standard regression confficient0.4as primary and secondary critical point.The basic information was asthma,cough,expectoration,consist with the clinical manifestations and pathological features with chronic bronchitis. Clinical Research:Xionglou soup self sided by Professor Shen Chunti can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,signs syndromes of chronic bronchitis,and also can improve the quality of life of patients.
