Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of children with multiple tic disorder(kidney deficiency syndrome)and the intervention effect of the self-control ability of the children,and to verify the theory of the kidney to the guiding value of the treatment of the disease.Method: Will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of Multiple Tic patients according to 1:1 ratio were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,were treated with Qiang Zhi San scattered free frying granules(Chinese medicine group)and hydrochloric acid and sulfur of Mosapride tablets(Western medicine group)in the treatment. Treatment for 24 weeks, followed up for 24 weeks. To observe the total curative effect before and after treatment in the two groups,tic symptoms,the curative effect of TCM syndromes and self-control,adverse reactions and safety, long-term efficacy.Results: 1.Two groups of TiC efficacy comparison,Chinese medicine and Western medicine group the total efficiency was 90%,73.33%,reduction rate respectively(64.35 + 21.34)% and(49.89 + 22.90%),TCM group treatment effect is better than western medicine group.2.Two groups of therapeutic effect of syndrome compared traditional Chinese Medicine group and Western medicine group total efficiency were 93.33% and 76.67%,reduction rate respectively(60.82 + 16.62)% and 42.19 + 15.26%,traditional Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group.3.In the treatment of two groups of self-control ability improvement compared to the situation,the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group total effective Rate was 96.67% and 76.67%,the growth rate of respectively(6.57 + 15.10)% and(41.19 + 12.52%), comparison of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is also better than western medicine group.4.Two groups in the rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,traditional Chinese medicine group is better than Western medicine group;safety no difference compared.Conclusion: The clinical effect and the improvement of the control ability of the patients with multiple tic disorder(kidney deficiency syndrome)in children with Qiang Zhi san is better than that of Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets.
