Objective:Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the treatment of syndrome differentiation of viscera, the study observed the effects of clinical path about TCM treatment of Children tic disorder in order to provide reference evidence for its unification.Methods:According to the Children tic disorder of the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine " (key specialty cooperative group of children tic disorder) TCM diagnosis and treatment program (Trial) ", We collects the clinical data of the patients and establish the database after observation. SPSS 16.0 statistical software was choosed to analyze the data and test scores before and after the treatment of tril.Results:This study collected 80 cases of children with tic disorder:16 cases were Syndrome of wind invading lung (20%),20 cases were Syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity (25%),20 cases were Syndrome of liver wind stirring up internally (20%), 14 cases were Syndrome of stirring wind due to phlegm-heat (17%),10 cases were Syndrome of yin-deficiency and yang-predominance (13%). However it has dropped 20 cases, we finally finished 60 cases.The results of the effect of treatment:17 cases were clinical control (28.3%), sufficient in 23 cases (38.4%), effective in 9 cases (15%), invalid in 11 cases(18.3%), the total effective rate was 81.7%. So we see that it is reasonable and effective.Conclusion:Through the observation of clinical pathway of this disease, it is effective of the Chinese medicine treatment and provided a reference evidence for its unification.
