The Clinical Effect Of Sang Xiao Gong Di Particle On Enuresis (Kidnevy-qi Deficiency) In Children

Objective:This survey is aiming at observing the curative effect and the superiority of my mentor Professor Wang youpeng's treatment of infantile enuresis(kidney deficiency type)with sang xiao gong di ponder of.Methods:Collect 60 cases of infantile enuresis of kidney qi deficiency type patients and they wew randomly distributed into two even group:the test group and control group.The test group was given oral sang xiao gong ti granule composed of pockful herb made by tianjiang company,including sangpiaoxiao,buguzhi,yizhiren,fupenzi,Schisandra,ephedra.As the children of 6-9 years old,each time take 1/3 potion;and children of 10-14 years old,each time take 1/2 potion and 3 times a day.Taking them haif an hour before every meal by mixing the granules with warm water.In the control group,Suoquan capsules were given 3 ones each time,and 3 times a day.The main ingredients include yam,yizhiren,fried salt,radix,linderae.For weeks makes up a course of treatment.At last,compareing the primary and secondary symptoms scores of the two groups whose patients complete the whole therapy before and after treatment.Results:The data before and after the treatment were statistically analyzed,30 NE cases in the test group have 6 clinical cure cases,11 case swere markedly effective,8 cases showed to be effective.5 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 83.33%.In the control group,there also have 30 NE cases,clinical cure in 2 cases,good effect in 8 cases,effective in 10 cases,and invalid in 10 cases.The total effective rate was 66.67%.The two groups achieved the same treatment effect before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,they two both good at curing children enuresis of kidney qi deficiency.But sang xiao gong ti granule is much more efficient in improving the degree of enuresis and depth of sleep.The difference betweeen the two groups's efficiency is statistically significant.Conclusions:The effect of sang xiao gong ti granulein treating infantile enuresis(kidney deficiency type)is affirmative,it shows remarkable improvement at the degree of enuresis and depth of sleep with no noteworthy side effect.It can improve the life quality of patients...
