Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of Ju-pulse syndrome depression syndrome with Tiaoweishuyu Decoction.Methods: According to the random number table method, 50 eligible subjects were divided into the test group and the control group according to the inclusion criteria, including 24 cases in the experimental group and 26 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with Tiaoweishuyu Decoction, the control group using Chaihushugansan, 2 weeks of treatment.The gender, age, occupation and other general conditions of the subjects were recorded.Before and after the experiment,the subjects were recorded in traditional Chinese medicine scale score, SCL-90 scale score, HAMD scale score, and observe the biochemical indexes before and after the experiment.In the experiment, the relevant data were entered into the Excel form, and the statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis of all the experimental data.Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the results obtained are as follows:1.Traditional Chinese medicine volume table of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of the two groups before and after the table total score and each factor score(except the control group tongue), the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05); Score II traditional test group scale for depression, bad mood, abdominal fullness, belching, tongue four factor before and after treatment the difference is greater than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.SCL-90 before and after treatment of the two groups of SCL-90 table score and each factor score differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2) experimental group SCL-90 table somatization symptoms, forced symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid and psychotic eight factors before and after treatment score difference is greater than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);3.HAMD scale before and after treatment of the two groups of HAMD scale score and each factor score changes were statistically significant(P < 0.05); II test,HAMD scale in somatic anxiety and mood change day and night scores two factor before and after treatment the difference is greater than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);4.Curative effect statistics according to traditional Chinese medicine curative effect index, the test group were markedly 79.17%. The total effective rate was95.65%; in the control group, the significant efficiency 23.08%, the total efficiency of was 76.92%, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P <0.05); II according to HAMD scale effect index, the experimental group, the cure rate was 25%, the total efficiency of 83.33%; in the control group, the cure rate was 7.69%,the total efficiency of 73.08%, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.TiaoweiShuyu Decoction on Ju-pulse depression syndrome type by subjects of TCM symptoms scale, SCL-90, HAMD scale three scale reduction effect is superior to that of Chaihushugansan;2.TiaoweiShuyu Decoction can obviously relieve depression syndrome subjects of mental depression, bad mood, abdominal distension belch, chest and hypochondrium for swelling, chest tightness good sigh wait for a symptom;3.TiaoweiShuyu Decoction curative effect in treatment of Ju-pulse depression syndrome is better than CHSGS, worthy of promotion.
