| Objection To explore the Shu Yu capsule treats depression(light or medium) gan qi yu syndrome of HPA and the influence of clinical manifestation and the relationship between HPA axis and depression reveal Shu Yu capsule treating depression(light and medium diseases with depressive syndrome curative effect mechanism.The clinical symptoms of depression, degree of disease mainly by HAMD scores and SDS scores; The hypothalamus- pituitary- adrenal axis(HPA) function mainly through its important indicator of ACTH, COR.By comparing the two groups before and after drug administrations serum ACTH and COR content changes reveal Shu Yu capsule treating depression of the hypothalamus-pituitary- adrenal axis(HPA) part of the mechanism.Methods using randomized double-blind controlls clinical curative effect observation research methods, to qi depression(light or medium) liver depression syndrome patients were studied. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: Shu Yu capsule combined fluoxetine group, Shu Yu capsule simulation agent combined fluoxetine group; Depressive symptoms in chengdu by HAMD, SDS scale determination; HPA mechanism study of serum ACTH, COR; Serum samples by using chemiluminescence detection; Statistical methods using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis of data obtained, two groups of mean differences comparing with independent samples t test, P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:two groups of patients with total scores of HAMD, SDS scores compared before and after the treatments are significant differences, two groups of drug treatment of depression effect significantly; No difference between the two groups before and after treatments in patients with COR content; Shu Yu capsule simulation agent combined fluoxetine treatment group decreased significantly compared ACTH levels before and after treatments. |
