| Objective:To research the efficacy and safety of Yang Yin Shu Yu Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris syndrome who belongs to the stagnation of liver and Yin deficiency syndrome. And to observe the change of SAQ standard score and serum E2level before and after treatment, to explore the effect of Yang Yin Shu Yu Decoction on the level of serum E2and patients’ quality of life.Methords:60patients conformed to the diagnostic criteria were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group. There’ s no significant difference between the two groups in their age, course of disease, and complications (P>0.05).They were comparable. The two groups were given the basic treatment of Western medicine, and the treatment group additionally added Yand Yin Shu Yu Decoction for4weeks. Observed the changes of TCM syndrome integral, curative effect of angina pectoris, decrease rate of nitroglycerin, ECG, SAQ score and serum E2level before and after treatment. And then make the statistical analysis, in order to judge the TCM syndrome curative effect and the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect in this two groups.Reasults:1.There had significant difference in the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect (P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05);2. In the aspect of curative effect of angina pectoris, these two groups were both valid and the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05);3. As to the decrease rate of nitroglycerin in two groups, they were both effective and the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05);4.The ECG curative effect of the two groups were both effective, but had no significant difference between them (P>0.05);5. The quality of life of the two groups in angina stability, angina frequency, treatment satisfaction, disease perception and the five integral were valid and the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05); but on the somatic degree of physical limitation, these two groups had no significant differences before and after treatment (P>0.05);6.the serum levels of E2were different before and after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05), the control group was invalid.Conclusion:1.Yand Yin Shu Yu Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms and symptoms of angina pectoris in postmenopausal women who had a coronary heart disease and angina pectoris syndrome which were induced by the stagnation of liver and Yin deficiency syndrome;2.Yand Yin Shu Yu Decoction can obviously reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin;3.Yand Yin Shu Yu Decoction can improve the coronary heart disease patients’ST-T changes in ECG to a certain extent, and can also improve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia;4.Yang Yin Shu Yu Decoction can improve the quality of life in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris syndrome of stagnation of liver and Yin deficiency syndrome and increase the level of their serum E2;5.Yang Yin Shu Yu Decoction is a valid dosimetry in treating postmenopausal women who has coronary heart disease and angina pectoris syndrome of stagnation of liver and Yin deficiency syndrome, and it is safe and reliable without any side effects. |
