Objective : Aiming at the investigation that the clinical effects about Yi Pulse Syndrome treated by Tiaoshenpingkang decoction and Danzhixiaoyao decoction,and that the symptoms improvement conditions,the experiment compares two different features of their own approaches and analyses Tiaoshenpingkang decoction treating Yi Pulse Syndrome preliminarily.So it can provide a new therapy and idea of this sick.Methods:Cases are collected from out-patient of the Department of Sanbuliubing Laboratory of The Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September,2016 to December,2017.Devide the qualified subjects into treatment group(25)and matched group(22)randomly and the total number is 47.The former group is treated by Tiaoshenpingkang decoction and the latter by Danzhixiaoyao decoction.Take one dose of these medicines 2 times a day and lasts 2 weeks.Then write down these patients' general information like sex,age,temperament type,laboratory inspection and the score of SCL-90 scale,HAMD,HAMA and the TCM symptom scale both before and after the treatment.Then process all the data by using SPSS 19.0.Results:After 14 days' treatment,the results gained as follows:1.Balanced evaluation: Before the treatment,the condition distribution and the total and each factor's score have no statistic significance in sex,age,and all scales.They all can be compared.2.The evaluation of curative effects index: Comparing with prior treatment,the score of the 4 scales of post-treatment by the two groups decline and have statistical significance(P?0.05).It suggests that the two groups all have effects.But the 4 scales' score difference value between the two groups before and after treatment have no statistical significance(P?0.05).It indicates that there has similar impact both medications have are improving the 4 scales' total score.But the former group is more nearer to the national average normal standard.The treatment group has apparent effects of the 4 scales except bilge full and furred tongue.Meanwhile,the control group has shorter effects.3.The clinical efficacy comparison: The total effective rate in ameliorating the depression degree of the two groups are 60% and 54.5% separately after 14 days' treatment.At the same time,the anxiety degree rates are 68% and 50%,and the TCM symptom ratesare 80% and 50%.It's suggests that Tiaoshenpingkang decoction is better than Danzhixiaoyao decoction of the clinical effects.4.The safety and side-reaction observation: During the treatment,there are no severe untoward events.The index of laboratory inspection are all normal besides urine routine.The experiment group about 6 subjects occurs mild diarrhea.Stopping to intake Dahuang vanished the side-effect.5.Follow-up results: After 2 weeks treatment,our team made a one month follow-up with several subjects.It finds that there are significant reduction of every scales in the two groups,and the total effective rate are all increased apparently.The former group is better than the latter one.Conclusion:It concludes that Tiaoshenpingkang decoction has obvious curative effect in some aspects such as Obsessive compulsive,Interpersonal sensitivity,Depression,Anxiety,Paranea and Psychotism,Anxiety somatization,Weight,Cognitive disorder,Block,Somatic anxiety,Mental anxiety,Deprementia,Mood restless,Chest tightness,Ructus in the short term.This study open the door to Yi Pulse Syndrome of a new therapy and provide theory evidence for its treatment.Even improve and enhance the patients' life resistant quality.
