Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ZiNi JieYu XiaoKui decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type)and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Set the 56 patients into two groups randomly,28 cases in each group,who are accord with ulcerative colitis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type:the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given the ZiNi JieYu XiaoKui decoction and the control group was given theEtiasa.Toobserve two groups of patients before and after the treatment of disease activity index,Chinese medicine symptom mintegral and total integral and colonoscopy mucosal changesand adverse reactions,comprehensive evaluation of the clinical curative effect of two groups before and after treatment.Results:Clinical study showed that treatment group under the comprehensive curative effect and colonoscopy mucousal membrane treatment efficacy and was equal to that of control group(P>0.05),T CM symptoms improved significantly in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Treatment group can obviously improve abdominal pain,abdominal distension,chest pain,chest tightness often new and other symptoms.Two groups had no adverse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion: ZiNi JieYu XiaoKui decoction can eliminate or improve the symptoms of the patients with diarrhea,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,chest tightness,help repair intestinal mucosal pathological change,no obvious side effects.The efficacy of the ZiNi JieYu XiaoKui decoction is worth affirmation,and it is an effective treatment for ulcerative colitis patients.
