Clinical Observation Of Jieyu Xiaokui Decoction In Treating Ulcerative Colitis Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: Through clinical studies,to summarize the efficacy and safety of Jie Yu Xiao Kui decoction in the treatment of Ulcerative Colitis(UC)with liver depression and spleen deficiency,And explore its possible mechanism of action,to provide clinical treatment of UC with good efficacy,high safety of TCM treatment.Methods: 60 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis due to liver depression and spleen deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The total scores of TCM syndromes,the therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes,the therapeutic effects of intestinal mucosa under colonoscopy and the serum levels of NO and TNF-α were observed and compared before and after treatment.SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: There were 60 patients in this study,and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease,colonoscopy mucosal grading and lesion range(P > 0.05).All indexes of patients in the treatment group and the control group were improved before and after treatment,but the total score of TCM syndrome and the effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of endoscopic mucosa(P > 0.05).The serum NO concentration and TNF-α decreased in the treatment group were better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and no abnormalities were found in the safety indicators after the treatment.Conclusion: The combination of JieYu Xiao Kui decoction and mesalazine entericcoated tablet oral group can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome integral of ulcerative colitis caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency,improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome,and promote the recovery of intestinal mucosa level.By lowering serum NO concentration and TNF-α levels,inhibiting inflammatory reaction and regulating intestinal immune balance,UC can be alleviated,which may be one of the action mechanisms of UC treatment.The combination of jieyu xiaokuai decoction and mesalazine has low adverse reactions,high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
