| Objective:By comparing and observing the clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction of Tongxie Yaofang combined with Mesalazine Suppositories and Mesalazine Suppositories alone in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency),we verify that addition and subtraction of Tongxie Yaofang combined with Mesalazine Suppositories is superior to Mesalazine Suppositories alone,and further verify the efficacy,safety and pertinence of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern basic therapy.Methods: Sixty eligible subjects were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with addition and subtraction of Tongxie Yaofang combined with Mesalazine Suppositories,while the control group was treated with Mesalazine Suppositories alone.Two courses of treatment were observed for each case.The disease activity index(DAI),symptoms integral and total integral of Chinese medicine were observed before and after treatment.Changes of mucosa under enteroscopy,changes of scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and adverse reactions were analyzed and processed by statistical methods.The clinical efficacy of the observation group and the control group was compared.Results: After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and 86.87%,respectively.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the observation group was superior to the control group.In the TCM syndrome,there was no significant difference in the mucus and blood stool between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the curative effect;the two groups had abdominal pain,diarrhea,chest pain,pain,suffocation,suffocation,and food intake.The difference in symptoms of natas was statistically significant(P<0.01).The observation group was superior to the control group.The scores of colonic mucosal therapeutic effects after treatment were statistically analyzed P>0.05,and there was no significant difference in efficacy.The HADS scores after treatment After statistical analysis,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the observation group was superior to the control group.No adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment period.Conclusions: The study shows that the total effect of addition and subtraction of Tongxie Yaofang combined with Mesalazine Suppositories in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)is better than that of Mesalazine Suppositories alone.It mainly relieves the symptoms of abdominal pain,chest and hypochondriac pain,hilarity,belching,eating less and receiving dementia,and has no obvious side effects.The curative effect is affirmative.It shows that traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern basic therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Enteritis is more targeted and can be widely used in clinical practice. |
