The Clinical Effects Study Of Jieyu Anshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia Caused By Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Purpose: The objective of this study is to evaluate the clinical effects of Jieyu Anshendecoction in the treatment of insomnia caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Method: The randomized controlled trial method is adopted in this study and60cases ofpatients with insomnia caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were selected as theresearch objects. They were divided into two groups, in which the control group included30cases and they were treated by Jieyu Anshen granules by oral administration, while thetreatment group included30cases and they were treated with Jieyu Anshen decoction by oraladministration. The observation period is four weeks.The SPSS15.0software date analysis,toassess the clinical effect.Result:After the parameter test, it was found that both the Jieyu Anshen decoction andJieyu Anshen granules can obviously reduce the TCM syndrome scoring and the Pittsburghsleep quality index, but the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of thecontrol group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The Jieyu Anshen decoction has an obvious effect in the treatment ofinsomnia caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and can obviously improve theTCM clinic symptoms and improve the sleep quality of patients.
