Objective:Through the posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV)modern prescription to carry on the comprehensive system to organize,use data mining methods of modern statistical science and by means of the analysis of the spectrum drug,drug compatibility,searching for drug application rules and optimization of TCM syndrome and treatment scheme,compensating medicine standardized treatment system,for Chinese medicine clinical in PCIV research provides new ideas and methods.Methods:An electronic search of Chinese science and technology periodical full text database(VIP),Chinese journal full text database(CNKI),Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),Wanfang database.On January 1990 to December 2015,involving the posterior circulation ischemic vertigo related literature collection,will gather in the collation of the literature,according to research needs input excel table,according to the relevant reference book for recording the content specification after finishing using SPSS statistical analysis software using frequency analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis,the statistical methods to describe the disease commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and combination,prescriptions and clustering method for,make further PCIV treatment according to syndrome differentiation rules summary.Results: Including PCIV drugs commonly used to fill empty medicine: Angelica,Atractylodes,astragalus,Codonopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae;Huoxue Huayu drugs: Rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,safflower,peach kernel,Achyranthes bidentata;pingganxifeng drugs: Gastrodia and Uncaria,earthworm;medicine: Pueraria lobata;antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs: Pinellia ternate;water infiltration wet medicine: Poria,Alisma;heat clearing drugs: Radix Paeoniae Rubra.Commonly used formula cumulative frequency more than 60% of the prescriptions for Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,Yang also five soup,Gastrodia elata Uncaria Decoction,pink Siwu Decoction,Xuefu by stasis soup.Cluster analysis of the 7 clustering,respectively are Siwu soup,Pinellia atractylodes rhizome gastrodiae decoction,Yang also five soup,Liuwei dihuang decoction,Gastrodia elata Uncaria Decoction,Wendan tang,Ling Jiao hook rattan soup.Factor analysis of the 16 common factors.Conclusion:Literature statistics of prescriptions and herbs are commonly used drugs for the treatment of modern physicians,tonic medicine use the highest frequency,followed by Huoxue Huayu drugs,Pinggan Xifeng drugs,medicine,water permeability wet medicine,antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs;Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction most common ancient prescription,Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction,Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction is commonly used,clustering also generally reflect the this trend,the common factors by the frequency of drug a drug prescription,or is a basic part in the clinical treatment.
