| Objective: Through the comparative study,this subject aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuanyunning Decoction in the treatment of Qi disorder and phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifice type of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,and further explore its etiology,pathogenesis and mechanism of action,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: Sixty patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCI)diagnosed by syndrome differentiation as dysfunction of Qi and Qi and obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was given routine treatment plus vertigo Ningfang for 14 days.The changes of TCM syndrome integral,DARS,blood lipid four items(TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C)and transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)and safety index were recorded before and after treatment.Results: 1.The scores of TCM syndromes,DARS scores,blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL-C)and TCD in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the two groups were higher after HDL-C treatment than before(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05);the total effective rates of the two groups were 90% and 76.67%,respectively,indicating that Xuanying Fang combined with routine treatment for this disease.The curative effect is better than that of routine treatment alone.2.There is no abnormal safety index before and after treatment.Conclusion: Xuanyunning Decoction is effective in treating postcirculation ischemic vertigo of qi-machine disorder and phlegm-blood stasis obstructing orifice.It can significantly improve vertigo symptoms and phlegm-blood stasis symptoms,improve blood lipid and cerebral blood supply,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
