Objective: Through the observation of different types of clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of posterior circulation in patients with ischemic vertigo,After the exploration cycle ischemic vertigo unique clinical features and the dialectical law of medicine and expected the research results can clearly circulation ischemic vertigo in TCM principle and also laid a foundation of clinical trials for the diagnosis and treatment of new ideas.Methods:With literature research,expert questionnaire pre has been completed,the clinical epidemiological investigation,preparation of PCIV TCM Syndrome Distribution Characteristics Questionnaire study,as much as possible to expand the sample database.On this basis,the application of statistical methods of cluster analysis and factor analysis,PCIV to explore the distribution of TCM syndrome.Results: 1.The proportion of male and female patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo was about 1.2:1,the overall incidence rate of male was slightly higher than that of female.The average age of the 350 patients with PCIV was(60.22 + 10.37)years old,and the age of PCIV was 41-80 years old.Weight exceed the standard incidence rate is higher than people of normal weight,obesity risk factors for cerebrovascular disease,also affect the incidence of PCIV.The incidence rate of mental workers was slightly higher than that of manual workers.PCIV in the history of the disease,PCIV and hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,arteriosclerosis and other relations are the most closely.2.PCIV patients except vertigo / dizziness,With the common symptoms of nausea,vomiting,chest tightness,standing instability,weak lazy words,forgetfulness,tinnitus,blurred vision,loss of appetite,dry stool,head and limbs numbness,irritability,insomnia,dry mouth,heavy head,mouth pain,dry eyes,limbs trapped heavy,sticky mouth,dreaminess,Yaoxisuanruan,dizziness,vertigo when work very,head pain,loose stools,chills,circumrotating,eye swelling,pale red etc.,The experts in syndrome differentiation of phlegm syndrome,hyperactivity of liver Yang,deficiency of Qi,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is the most common.3.By cluster analysis and factor analysis shows that,with deficiency of heart and spleen two deficiency of kidney essence deficiency,deficiency of spleen and kidney,liver andkidney deficiency,phlegm dampness,positive with hyperactivity of liver Yang,phlegm,clustering analysis and factor analysis results have a higher consistency.4.Factor analysis of floating pulse,pale tongue,do a common factor,floating pulse do for exterior syndrome characteristic pulse condition,although is also visible and blood deficiency and exogenous dizziness do pciv pathogenesis is still worth us to further explore.Conclusion : PCIV syndrome is phlegm,blood stasis,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,deficiency of Qi and blood,the most common visceral lesions in the liver,spleen and kidney,involving the heart and brain.Application of factor analysis and cluster analysis,a preliminary summary of the pciv syndrome and its main symptoms,tongue and pulse,standardized diagnostic pciv do the basic work,but the overall sample size is limited and limited in Zhengzhou,statistical methods are still inadequate,multi center,large sample,more sophisticated statistical methods of verification.
