Clinical Analysis Of The Method Of Clearing Liver, Removing Phlegm And Dredging Collaterals In The Treatment Of Vertigo And Research On The Law Of Prescriptions In Modern Literature

Purpose: To learn and summarize the diagnosis and treatment ideas and experience of the tutor in the treatment of vertigo with the method of clearing liver,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals,and through the use of modern statistical methods to systematically sort out the prescriptions of modern doctors in the treatment of vertigo,to summarize the relevant high-frequency prescriptions,commonly used Chinese medicine,and analyze the rules of the prescriptions of vertigo,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of vertigo.Materials and methods:1.Sort out and study the medical records of the tutor in the treatment of vertigo,and summarize the diagnosis and treatment ideas and experience of the tutor in the treatment of vertigo by clearing liver,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.2.Electronic retrieval of China Journal Database(CNKI),Wanfang database.From January2000 to December 2019,the relevant modern documents related to vertigo were collected and sorted out.The collected documents were screened in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion standards,and the documents that met the standards were recorded in the excel table.The contents of the input were standardized and sorted out by referring to the relevant reference books.Then,the frequency analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis and description were carried out by spss25.0 The common Chinese medicine and prescription,cluster medicine and common factor of vertigo are used to get the rule of vertigo prescription.Results:1.The tutor used the method of clearing liver,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals to treat vertigo.In the treatment,it is mainly to clear the liver and rest the wind,dissipate phlegm,strengthen the spleen and regulate qi,promote blood circulation and dredge collaterals;the commonly used drugs are Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,bupleurum,earthworm,chuanxiong,etc.,which are flexibly used in the clinical treatment,with remarkable effect.2.The use of drugs to treat vertigo in Modern Literature: 135 literatures were included in this study,involving 147 traditional Chinese medicines,of which 46 were more than 8 times,and8 were more than 50 times in 46 traditional Chinese medicines,which were tonic drugs,bloodactivating and stasis removing drugs,liver calming and wind calming drugs,surface resolving drugs,water and dampness promoting drugs,phlegm resolving and cough relieving and asthma calming drugs,Qi regulating drugs and heat clearing drugs.3.The use of prescriptions for vertigo in Modern Literature: there are 84 prescriptions in this study,including 26 classical prescriptions.There are 11 classical prescriptions with the frequency ? 2,which are Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,Tianma Gouteng Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Alisma decoction,Yiqi Congming decoction,Linggui Zhugan decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Guipi Decoction,Wendan Decoction,Bazhen Decoction and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction.4.Cluster analysis results of high frequency drugs: six kinds of drugs were clustered: C1 Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata,Alisma orientalis,liquorice,Gastrodia;C2 Pueraria,chuanxiong,angelica,Danshen,astragalus,white peony,dangshen,ginger,jujube;C3 cassia twig,Vitex,Bupleurum,cohosh,Acorus calamus,Zhuru;C4 Carthamus,peach kernel,red peony,Bombyx mori,earthworm,dannanxing;C5dogwood,wolfberry,ginseng,Polygonum multiflorum,Vitex trifolia,Polygala tenuifolia,Zaoren,yam,rehmannia,coix seed;C6 eucommia,mulberry parasitism,gardenia,shijueming,Scutellaria,Achyranthes bidentata,uncaria,chrysanthemum,oyster.5.High frequency drug factor analysis results: 15 common factors were extracted,respectively: common factor 1: eucommia,gardenia,Sangzhi Health,cassia,Scutellaria,Achyranthes bidentata;public factor 2: tangerine peel,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,pinellia,Alisma,liquorice;public factor 3: safflower,peach kernel,Salvia miltiorrhiza;public factor 4: dangshen,Cimicifuga,bupleurum,astragalus,Gastrodia;public factor 5: wolfberry,uncaria,chrysanthemum,Cornus officinalis;public factor 6: jujube kernel,Polygala;public factor 7: jujube,ginger;public factor 8: Bombyx mori,Danan Star,earthworm;male factor 9: ginseng,Vitex seed;male factor 10: red peony,white peony;male factor 11: cooked rehmannia,angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong;male factor 12: Pueraria,yam;male factor 13: oyster,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Polygonum multiflorum;male factor 14: Zhuru;male factor 15: coix seed,Acorus calamus.Conclusion:1.The method of clearing liver,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals is an importantmethod for tutors to treat vertigo.2.The commonly used prescriptions in modern literature are Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,Tianma Gouteng Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Alisma Decoction and Yiqi Congming decoction.3.The commonly used drugs in Modern Literature(frequency of use ? 100 times)are tonic drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,liver calming and wind calming drugs,surface resolving drugs,water promoting and moisture seeping drugs,phlegm resolving,cough relieving and asthma relieving drugs.The core drugs(frequency ? 20 times)are Glycyrrhiza,Atractylodes macrocephala,gastrodia,Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,chuanxiong,tangerine peel,Pueraria,angelica,Alisma,astragalus,Danshen,ginger,white peony,dangshen,uncaria,jujube and Achyranthes bidentata.The clinical application effect is significant.
