The Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Shugan Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Adenomyosis

Object:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of adenomyosis, and to explore its mechanism of action, in order to provide safe and effective new methods for the clinical treatment of adenomyosis..Methods:Select40cases of patients of adenomyosis, whose TCM syndrome differentiation is Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, in accordance with the principles of randomized into two groups, the tentative number of the treatment group was20cases,as well as the control group. The treatment group used Shugan Huoxue Decoction, an d the control group used Xiaoyao Pill; contraceptives and spicy cold stimulation products were forbidden during treatment, therapeutic period was three menstrual cycles. Assess symptom scores and pain points after three menstrual cycles, observe and compare the improvement of clinical symptoms of two groups.Results:The total efficiency of two groups was65%and50%; compared with before and after the treatment,two symptom scores and pain points were highly significant differences (P<0.01), and the results indicate that both methods can improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the pain; there was a significant difference between the twol groups (P<0.05), indicating that the Shugan Huoxue Decoction was better than Xiaoyao Pill in improving the clinical symptoms.Conclusion:Shugan Huoxue Decoction and Xiaoyao Pill can improve clinical symptoms of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of adenomyosis, and Shugan Huoxue Decoction has better effect.
