Clinical Observation On Sequential Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Adolescent Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of TCM sequential therapy of Tiaojing Recipe and Bushen Tiaojing Recipe on adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients by clinical data collection and analysis,to explore the effect of TCM sequential therapy of Tiaojing Recipe and Bushen Tiaojing Recipe on adolescence with kidney deficiency.The comprehensive effect of cystic ovary syndrome is expected to summarize and improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide new ideas for treatment.Methods: From December1,2017 to December1,2018,60 patients with adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)who met the research criteria in gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with TCM sequential therapy of Tiaojing recipe and Bushen Tiaojing recipe,while the control group was treated with progesterone soft capsule.The improvement of menstruation,total score of TCM syndromes,body mass index,changes of reproductive hormones and changes of ovarian volume and follicle number under B-mode ultrasound were compared between the two groups after three menstrual cycles(one course)to evaluate and determine the sequential treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome with TCM prescriptions for regulating menstruation and tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation.Clinical effect.Result:(1)Comparing the comprehensive clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 83.3%,and that of the control group is 60.0%.Among them,the sequential therapy of regulating meridians and tonifying kidney and regulating meridians is superior to progesterone in the comprehensive clinical efficacy of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency.(2)Comparing the total score of clinical symptoms and signs: After treatment,the score decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the effect of improving symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better.(3)Comparing the scores of symptoms before and after treatment: After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the treatment group had more significant effects on improving the menstrual volume,lumbar acid,tinnitus,abdominal pain,nocturia,feces and belts.(4)Comparison of reproductive hormone levels before and after treatment: After treatment,the reproductive hormone levels of the two groups were improved.After treatment,the ratio of LH,T,LH / FSH was significantly lower than before treatment,and the curative effect of the two groups was similar.Although the serum FSH values were improved,there was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the improvement was not obvious.(5)BMI value comparison before and after treatment: BMI value after treatment is lower than before treatment,there is no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the two groups have the same effect in reducing BMI value.(6)Comparing ovarian volume and follicle number before and after treatment:ovarian volume and follicle number were improved after treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups.The treatment group reduced ovarian volume and follicle number more effectively.Conclusion: The results of this study show that TCM sequential therapy of regulating menstruation,tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation and progesterone soft capsule can reduce clinical symptoms and signs of adolescent polycystic patients,reduce the ratio of reproductive hormones LH,T,LH/FSH,reduce BMI,reduce ovarian volume and improve follicle number,but TCM sequential therapy of regulating menstruation and tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation is more effective,therefore,TCM sequential therapy of regulating menstruation and tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation is more effective.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
