Methylene Blue Mixture In The Clinical Curative Effect Of Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Analgesia

Objective: To systematically evaluate the curative effect of local injection with the Methylene blue mixture which can remit the postoperative analgesia in mixed hemorrhoid.Methods: Divided the standard 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoid into treatment group and control group randomly,including one treatment group of 30 cases for local injections with the Methylene blue mixture after surgery.The other one is the control group of 30,which cases for self-control analgesia pump.Compare and observe the postoperative pain,edema of anal edge,micturition,anus function,wound healing time and the feeling of anus between the two groups,and make a statistical analysis.Results: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups after treatment in patients with postoperative 6 hours,12 hours after operation,postoperative day 1,the seventh day of postoperative VAS pain score by the completely random design independent sample rank and inspection comparison(P > 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference.The second days after operation,postoperative day 3,and 5 days later(P < 0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group in statistical differences.Examined the count data of the 2 two groups in the occurrence of postoperative edema and swelling degree to compare.There were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and edema were lower in treatment group than the control group,swelling degree is lighter than the control group.Two groups on the degree of postoperative urethral catheterization cases and urinary retention had statistical significance(P < 0.05).The treatment group of 60 cases admitted a few control group,urinary retention degree is lighter than the control group.By the completely random design independent sample rank and inspection,postoperative anal feels more differences exist between the two groups had statistically significant(P < 0.05).The control group in the anus feels superior to the treatment group.During the treatment group and control group to observe the postoperative anal function and wound healing time no statistical difference(P >0.05).Conclusion: After the treatment group adopted for the scheme with the Methylene blue mixture anal injection,the postoperative pain,anal edema,urination were better than the control group,which has not only a long-term good analgesic effect,but also did well in the prevention and treatment of hemorrhoids complications,including healing wounds.
