Clinical Study Of Homemade Goldthread Ointment On Common Complications After Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

Objective:To observe the effect of homemade goldthread ointment on common complications after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Method:To select 98 cases of hospitalized patients who satisfied the entering criteria were taken in the mixed hemorrhoid external strip in Chinese medicine hospital in Kunming anus bowel division on December 2016 to December 2017,after eliminating 11 cases,the final effective experimental group is 43 cases,control group is 44 cases.Both groups are performed by the chief physician of Prof.Xin and the assistant myself.Experimental group: 1 day after the operation,the patient is given a daily morning routine of washing hemorrhoid liquid 80 ml and 10 ml of boiling water for 15 min,and the routine change of the dressing room is about half an hour later.To wash and disinfect perianal skin and intraoperative mouth of iodophor cotton ball;Then,the self-made compound berberine ointment is applied to the antiseptic gauze and inserted in the anus for about 2cm.After the operation,after the postoperative application,the sterile gauze covered with the self-made compound berberine ointment is applied to the wound surface.The patients are instructed to apply the self-made compound berberine ointment after washing the hemorrhoid solution before going to bed,and then covered with sterile gauze after about 1g.The course of treatment is 10 days.Control group: except the musk hemorrhoid ointment,the rest are in accordance with the experimental group.Results:1.On the part of complication called postoperative pain,the experimental group and control group have no obvious difference in pain points without any medicine at the first day after treatment,P = 0.905 > 0.05,which making a comparable experiment;In the experimental group and control group,patients' pain reduced after the daily change of 30 min.1,3,5,7 days after the surgery,the pain score in the experimental group is lower than that in the control group before taking medicine,and the P value are all < 0.05,so this can indicate that the pain relief effect of the experimental group is stronger than that of the control group.2.In the ways of Edema,on the third day,the degree of edema and the number are increasing;it shows that the drug prevention effect for edema in 2 groups is not very well,7 days after surgery,the number of edema in experimental group reduces to 4cases,P = 0.00 < 0.05,the control group also reduces to 11 cases,P = 0.00 < 0.05.It is indicated that the two groups of drugs have obvious effect in promoting edema absorption.At the same time,on the 7th day after surgery,compared the experimental group and the control group with the independent sample t,P=0.04 < 0.05,indicating that the drugs in the experimental group are better than that of the control group.3.In terms of the complications of postoperative bleeding,postoperative day 3 to 7days after the comparison,the number of experimental bleeding from 39 to 10,bleeding score from 2.19 to + 1.05 to 0.65 + 1.29.P = 0.00 < 0.05,the number of control bleeding by 37 to 12 people,bleeding score by 2.13 + /-1.25 to 1.25 + /-1.22,calculate P = 0.00 < 0.05.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of both groups was significant.3 days after the first surgery,P=0.91 > 0.05;On the 7th day after surgery,P=0.84 > 0.05,the difference was not obvious,not statistically significant.4.Safety judgment: no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups,and no obvious abnormalities were observed in the vital signs before and after treatment.Conclusion: Musk hemorrhoid ointment,produced by mayinglong pharmaceutical group co.LTD.has been included in the Chinese pharmacopoeia.It is found that self-made compound huanglian ointment and mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment have good curative effect in the treatment of common postoperative complications(pain,edema and bleeding).The curative effect of compound huanglian ointment is significantly better than that of musk hemorrhoid ointment after the postoperative analgesic and edema dissipation.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
