The Clinical Observation Of Moxa Box Moxibustion Curing Pain And Urinary Retention After Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective:In this paper through clinical curative effect observation and contrast, to observe the clinical efficacy of Box moxibustion in curing pain and Urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:80cases of Patients with mixed hemorrhoid after the operation were randomly divided into subject group,40cases by the method of Box moxibustion local acupuncture points of Ren Meridian, including Shenque point, Guanyuan point, Zhongji point, Qihai point for30minutes after surgery and control group, another40cases do not treat specially in the treatment. The two groups were observed after surgery. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) is used to measure the degree of pain.The pain of two hours、4hours、8hours、12hours、24hours and36hours after the surgery will be measured by VAS. The pain will be rained according to clinical disposal. The situation of urinate and abdominal signs are observed at the same time. Pethidine hydrochloride is given via intramuscular to the patient who can not tolerate pain. Postoperative urinary retention is handled by catheterization.The symptoms with the method of integral statistics and using statistical software SPSS17.0to analyse the results, with alpha=0.05to the standard for two-sided test.Results:Before the treatment, through the statistical analysis the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) in gender, age, hemorrhoids installments, and two groups of data are comparable. After the treatment the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) in feces shape between the two groups, the curative effect of two groups have no difference; The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)in the pain of two hours4hours8hours12hours24hours36hours and urinary retention after the surgery between the two groups, in treatment groupthe percent of using Pethidine hydrochloride and catheterization is less than the control group., effect of the treatment group is superior to control group tips.Conclusion:Box moxibustion local acupuncture point such as Shenque, Guanyuan, Zhongji, Qihai is effective in preventing and curing the pain and urinary retention after the surgery. Box moxibustion is a safe and effective method of treating surgical complications after the operation on mixed hemorrhoid surgery which is worthy of further being promoted for applications.
