Clinical Intervention Of Huatan Tongluo Decoction On Transient Ischemic Attack

Purpose:To observe the clinical application of phlegm t2 dm soup curative effect for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Material and method:In patients with transient ischemic attack were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,The control group and experimental group of 30 cases respectively.Control group to foundation treatment, western medicine of patients in the control group on the basis of taking phlegm t2 dm medicinal broth.Before 6 months of clinical research, including 3 months for drug treatment, after 3 months of follow-up time. Observe and record before and after the treatment of patients with cholesterol(CHO), triglycerides(TG), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), low density lipoprotein(LDL), Degree of nerve function defect score, curative effect evaluation standard of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine symptom score and quality of life score points score results and related indicators.Results:1. After treatment, two groups of patients with blood fat have a change, observation group compared with control group tend to be more normal. 2. Two groups of patients with nerve function defect score were less, the observation group compared with control group reduced more significantly(P < 0.05). 3. Curative effect of TCM score were increased in both groups, observation group increased significantly compared with control group(P < 0.05). 4. Two groups of patients with TCM symptom score before the treatment are to reduce symptoms(better), observation group significantly reduced compared with control group(P < 0.05). 5. Two sets of quality of life scores were increased compared with before treatment, the observation group compared with control group improved more significantly(P < 0.05). 6. In the two groups after treatment in patients with TIA seizure frequency comparison, the observation group is lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. Phlegm t2 dm soup can adjust the blood lipid of patients with transient ischemic attack, especially the TG and CHOL。 2. Phlegm t2 dm decoction can decrease the defects of neural function in patients with transient ischemic attack。 3. Phlegm t2 dm soup can improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in patients with transient ischemic attack。 4. Phlegm t2 dm soup can improve clinical symptoms in patients with transient ischemic attack(symptoms) of traditional Chinese medicine。 5.
