| Objective: By expanding the motherland medicine clinical application category of classical theory, the use of dialectical Xiao Xu Ming soup based on the theory of TCM treatment of Wind Fire one type syndrome of acuteischemic stroke, observe its clinical symptoms and treatment effect, the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compound medicinal broth Xiao Xu Ming soup formula features and efficacy of drug, further discussion of of Wind Fire one type syndrome of acuteischemic stroke, and pathogenesis of TCM characteristics, to expound the xuan fu clinical connotation of theory of stroke.Methods:Selection in October 2011 and October 2012- shandong huangdao district, the second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM hospitals in shandong province jiaonan) encephalopathy department in the hospital on the acute stage of wind fire type, a total of 76 patients with ischemic stroke.In patients with single blind, table randomly allocated to treatment group and control group.The treatment group 38 people, including 21 people, men with women with 17 people, average age(62.22± 6.49);Control group 38 people, including 20 male patients, female patients 18 people, average(64.14± 7.51), the two groups of patients were to antiplatelet, lipid-lowering and other conventional symptomatic treatment, the treatment group(n = 38), to increase or decrease in the small life soup decoction 180 ml second suit sooner or later.The control group(n = 38) given routine therapy, treatment for 2 weeks.After the treatment(14 days), respectively, to assess the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in patients with clinical symptom score, NIHSS score and the Barthel index score, the data analysis, including all choose t test, measurement data count data are selected, with chi-square statistic to P < 0.05, there is statistical significance.To compare the curative effect of two groups, and according to the liver function before and after medication((ALT, AST), kidney(BUN, Cr) comparative analysis of its safety.Results:After 14 days of treatment, analysis of traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnosis standard score, results the treatment group effective rate was 89.2%, the control group effective rate was 76.3%.After completion of treatment, two groups compared with before their treatment disease class diagnosis standard scores were significantly lower(P < 0.05), and the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);The same two groups after treatment of the us national institutes of health stroke scale assessment guide(NIHSS score), Barthel Index(Bathel Index) scores were significantly lower than before treatment respectively score(P < 0.05), compared the two groups after treatment difference is more apparent, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Before and after treatment between groups of blood routine, liver function((ALT, AST), kidney(BUN, Cr), creatine kinase(CK) safety indexes such as no abnormalities, prompt treatment good safety.Conclusion: increase or decrease in the small life soup in treatment of acute ischemic stroke(wind fire one certificate) clinical curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the TCM symptom score and reduce the U.S. national institutes of health stroke scale assessment guide(NIHSS score) and the Barthel index, and improve degree of the indexes, the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.His own prescriptions reflect functions of the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(wind fire disturbance type) of the clinical curative effect is significant, the breakthrough in the traditional "endogenous wind" only "the wind" the limitations of theory framework of prescription medication, highlights the strokes in the "virtual evil" in the theory and the theory of "fu xuan stroke" in a guiding role in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.But the number of cases of this study is less, due to the particularity of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth, failing to realize the double blind method for clinical trials, further expanding the number of cases, on the basis of more strict double-blind, randomized, controlled study. |
