Objective:to observe the changes of CRP,IL-6,TNF-?,NIHSS scale and clinical symptoms in patients with acute ischemic stroke before and after the treatment of Three insects pinellia ternata atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae soup,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Three insects pinellia ternata atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae soup.Methods:a total of 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(50 cases each).The two groups were treated with the conventional treatment on the clinical pathway of acute ischemic stroke established by the department of encephalopathy in our hospital,and the observation group was further treated with the oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine"Three insects pinellia ternata atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae soup".The changes of patients'NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed,and liver and kidney function,coagulation function and other tests were taken as safety observation indexes.Finally,the relevant data were statistically analyzed and processed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of"Three insects pinellia ternata atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae soup"in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Results:1.In this clinical study,a total of 100 patients were included,and 91 patients were observed.5 patients in the observation group and 4 patients in the control group were lost,with a total loss rate of 9.00%.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,body mass index,blood pressure,laboratory examination indexes,NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factor level before treatment(P>0.05).3.Efficacy analysis results:the total effective rate was 91.11%in the observation group and 78.26%in the control group after treatment,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.NIHSS score:(1)on the 7~thh day of treatment,the NIHSS score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).The reduction degree of NIHSS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.031<0.05).(2)on the 14~thh day of treatment,the NIHSS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The reduction degree of NIHSS score in the observation group was also better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P=0.027<0.05).5.TCM symptom score:(1)on the 7th day of treatment,the TCM syndrome score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The reduction degree of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.014<0.05).(2)on the 14th day of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The reduction degree of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was also better than that in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P=0.013<0.05).6.Inflammatory factors:after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6,TNF-?)in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in TNF-?level between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).7.Safety analysis:before and after treatment,there were no significant abnormal changes in liver and kidney function,coagulation function and other related examinations between the two groups,and no abnormal changes in electrocardiogram examination.There was no statistically significant difference in data between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Three insects pinellia ternata atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae soup has a good effect in reducing the inflammatory reaction of patients with acute cerebral infarction,improving the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and reducing the disability rate.2.No obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment of Three insects pinellia ternata atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae soup,which had good safety.
