| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ischemic stroke in a large area of brain edema (BE brain edema) treated with Xiao xu ming dectotion combined with routine western medicine treatment, so as to provide theoretical basis for Chinese proprietary Xiao xu ming dectotion in "outside the wind" caused by deficiency.in the Evil brain edema after ischemic stroke.Method:All 41 patients were selected from Wu han Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western, who met the diagnostic criteria set by the National Conference of Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1996. Two groups are in line with the wind phlegm ascending type. They were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(20 patients) was given conventional Western medicine therapy for stroke units, treatment group (21 cases)was added Chinese medicine Xiao xu ming dectotion feeding on the basis of the conventional western therapy, for continuous 14 days, and monitor with non-invasive dynamic 1,3,5,8 days after the onset of the two groups were measured right and left. hemisphere of the disturbance factor, treatment of 1,8 days after the use of brain CT measurements and the formula based on multi-Tins was used to calculate the amount of cerebral edema in the two groups the infarct size and the size of the surrounding low-density volume by means of neurological examination neurological deficit (NHISS) assessment points, and to make the Clinical Evaluation of the symptom score evaluation by the therapeutic criteria in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Result:(1) There was no significant difference in sex,age,average duration between two groups before treatment, (P>0.05), so it was comparable; and the clinical symptoms score was lower compared with pre-treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group; (2) Xiao xu ming dectotion Western and Chinese Herbal Treatment of massive cerebral infarction compared with only western medicine, in BE, ischemic penumbra (ischemic penumbra, IP) to reduce area and neurological function (NHISS) are integral aspects of advantages in the treatment group than the control group; (3) Xiao xu ming dectotion combined with conventional Western medicine treatment of large areas of ischemic brain edema after stroke:ipsilateral comprehensive examination immediately after admission disturbance factor that is higher than the normal side, as the course goes 5d, which peaked at over 7d. Conclusion integrated disturbance in patients with cerebral infarction showed asymmetry coefficient changes with the disease showed dynamic changes over the response of the edema formation process, the treatment group could significantly improve brain edema formation, than the only western medicine in improving the symptoms and shorten the course of treatment and so has obvious advantages, that of Integrative Medicine at the Chinese acute treatment with good prospects for the study; (4) non-invasive brain edema dynamic monitoring, dynamic assessment of cerebral edema evolution, BORN-BE cerebral edema non-invasive dynamic monitoring instrument The medicine BE monitoring is more accurate, sensitive, practical, and is noninvasive, dynamic and timely monitoring of clinical explicit condition and medication to provide objective data, can be used as CT, MRI a powerful supplement to promote the use of clinic for it was very instructive. |
