Clinical Study And Experimental Research On Acute Ischemic Stroke Treated By Xiao Xu Ming Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of XiaoXuMing Decoction on clinical symptoms,neurological function,daily living ability and motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke,so as to open up new ideas for TCM treatment of acute ischemic stroke.The establishment of rat carotid artery thrombosis model,from the level of animal experiment to evaluate the effect of XiaoXuMing Decoction on the carotid artery thrombosis time difference,cerebral capillary permeability,blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate,which provide theoretical support and clinical basis for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:Clinical study of 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),the treatment group used Xiaoxuming Decoction plus routine western medicine treatment,the control group received routine western medicine treatment,scored the Clinical symptom,Activity of Daily Living Scale,Chinese Stroke Scale and Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale of two groups of cases before and after treatment,and compared the score between the two groups before and after treatment.In the experimental study,100 rats were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 rats in each group.The two groups were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,Xiaoxuming Decoction group,clopidogrel group,Xiaoxuming Decoction+clopidogrel group,10 in each group.All groups were given general feeding,and the prophylactic administration of the drug for 14 days.Sham operation group:normal saline 10ml/(kg d)by gavage;model group:normal saline 10ml/(kg·d)by gavage;Xiaoxuming Decoction group:Chinese medicine 10ml/(kg-d)by gavage;clopidogrel group:clopidogrel solution 10ml/(kg d)by gavage;Xiaoxuming Decoction+clopidogrel group:the traditional Chinese medicine(kg d)10ml/+clopidogrel solution 10ml/(kg·d))by gavage,comparison of rat carotid artery thrombosis time difference,cerebral capillary permeability,blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate.Results:the score of clinical symptoms,ADL,CSS and FMA of TCM can be significantly reduced by the combination of Xiaoxuming Decoction and routine western medicine treatment.Experimental study of Xiaoxuming Decoction plus clopidogrel group was superior to other group in prolonging the total carotid artery thrombosis time and reducing the cerebral capillary permeability、blood viscosity and platelet aggregation.Conclusion:clinical research shows that Xiaoxuming Decoction has significant effect in treating clinical symptoms,neurological function,daily living ability and motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Experimental studies show that Xiaoxuming Decoction can significantly prolong the time of carotid thrombosis,reduce capillary permeability and inhibit platelet aggregation in rats,and reduce the whole blood viscosity of rats.The clinical and experimental studies have proved that Xiaoxuming Decoction has obvious advantages in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,and has important clinical and theoretical significance.
